Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, manage food and kitchen supplies, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare Reports and Summaries

Prepare and submit reports on food order summaries, sales, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

Experience is an asset, but not required.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, supervising a team of 5-10 people.

Language

Work language: English.

Hours

40 hours per week.
