**Career Opportunity: Home Support Worker**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, household management, and medication administration.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Ensure client safety and well-being at all times, reporting any concerns or issues to management.

**Requirements:**

  • A clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support, with a focus on client-centered service.
