About the Role
As a Home Support Worker with Provincial Homecare, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your commitment to providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily routines, meal preparation, and household management.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Assist clients with medication management, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check. You must also be able to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

As a Home Support Worker with Provincial Homecare, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $17.05, plus 4% vacation pay.
