About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Home Support Worker to join our team at Provincial Homecare. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care services to clients, including assistance with daily routines, meal preparation, and household management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Assist clients with medication management, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
