Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $85,000 and $115,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the selection, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and succession planning processes for pharmacy staff.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures are followed.
  • Develop and implement business plans to deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Actively engage with all areas of Fusion to ensure seamless care for patients and facilities.
  • Be an ambassador for the company values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • A valid license to practice as a pharmacist in Canada.
  • Previous management experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
