Releady is partnering with a leading cloud-based identity management solutions provider to find a Project Manager (PM III) who will spearhead key initiatives within their Customer Identity Cloud Product Unit. This role will guide the successful delivery of projects focused on developing metrics to measure engineering pipeline productivity.

This position will collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to establish, enhance, and streamline complex operational procedures with a focus on engineering productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating directly with technical leaders within engineering to own the delivery of productivity initiatives.
  • Crafting comms and presentations for an executive audience.
  • Building ambitious, yet achievable roadmaps for project deliverables.
  • Building and maintaining robust project documentation, including dashboards, project trackers, meeting notes, and blog posts.
  • Being the primary conduit between Engineering Operations and project teams.

This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to culture and community initiatives within the organization.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of managing complex projects within engineering.
  • Technical Project Management and SDLC experience.
  • Expertise in project management, business analysis, software delivery lifecycle, and SaaS.
  • Proficient in Jira for project management.
  • Solid understanding of tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, and Jira.
  • Demonstrated leader, self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic, and organized.

Project Management professional certification or another relevant accreditation is strongly preferred.
