Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at District 65 Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high standards of food quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
