Cashier Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cashier Supervisor to join our team at SEHDEV DRUGS LIMITED. As a Cashier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they are meeting sales and customer service standards.
- Manage Sales Floor: Manage the sales floor, including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining store displays, and ensuring that the store is clean and organized.
- Handle Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Manage Inventory: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that all stock is accurately counted and recorded.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
