Cashier Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier Supervisor to join our team at SEHDEV DRUGS LIMITED. As a Cashier Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
