Cashier Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cashier Supervisor to join our team at SEHDEV DRUGS LIMITED. As a Cashier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing cash handling, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.
- Manage cash handling, including counting and reconciling cash, and authorizing payments.
- Order and maintain inventory, including merchandise and supplies.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
