Job Description

Job Title: Creative Specialist

Job Summary:

TalentSphere is seeking a highly skilled and creative MS Dynamics 365 Admin to oversee the ERP (Business Central), WMS (Insight Works), EDI (SPS), and TMS systems across all current and future business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize the ERP systems, including Business Central, WMS, and EDI, to ensure smooth daily operations and effective system management.
  • Train staff on the use of ERP systems, including Business Central, WMS, and EDI, and provide hands-on support to ensure staff are proficient in using the systems.
  • Lead the design and testing of limited ERP customizations to meet the needs of the business.
  • Participate in the deployment of TMS and assist in the development and testing of appropriate MRP policies to optimize inventory levels.
  • Lead the training of operations group staff on the processing of sales orders, MRP, invoices, production (assembly) orders, transfer orders, packing lists, WMS, and EDI functionality.
  • Champion efforts to improve ERP data validity, including live inventory, daily MRP runs, daily processing of transfers and receipts.
  • Assist in the preparation of custom reports using Power BI with the support of an independent programmer and management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience with Business Central (MS Dynamics) and WMS in the areas of manufacturing, purchasing/procurement, and warehousing.
  • General networking and IT experience considered an asset.
  • Strong data analysis skills, coupled with demonstrated attention to details and accurate results.
  • Strong computer skills – experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
