The Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at CF Carrefour Laval location. As a sales associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our team by delivering outstanding guest experience and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process POS transactions and perform merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, and price markdowns.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service updates.
  • Process and assemble orders for our online store.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and working experience in the fashion industry.
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and politely.
  • Highly organized and able to work well under pressure.
  • Able to multitask and learn new programs quickly.
  • Must possess integrity and follow through on customer commitments.
