Key Responsibilities:
  • Treatment: Develop and implement treatment plans, delivering exceptional patient care for over 2,000 active patients.
  • Value Generation: Educate patients on the value of orthodontic treatment, converting potential patients into active treatment.
  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in community events, such as volunteer engagements, speaking opportunities, and networking with the local dental community.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement and refinement of systems and processes.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative practice environment, partnering with peers across the Corus network.
Requirements:
  • Certified Specialist in Orthodontics
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead a high-functioning team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work strategically and tactically
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
