About the Role:

The Associate Orthodontist is a key member of our practice leadership team, responsible for driving practice performance, leading a high-performing team, and enhancing the patient experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treatment: Lead treatment plans and care, delivering an exceptional patient experience for over 2,000 active patients.
  • Generating Value: Educate patients on the value of orthodontic treatment and convert potential patients into active treatment.
  • Leadership: Bring out the best in those around you as an inspirational leader and motivator.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in community events, such as volunteer engagements, speaking opportunities, and networking with the local dental community.
  • Contribute: We believe in the value of continuous improvement and are always looking for opportunities to enhance and refine the systems and processes we use.
  • Collaborate: Foster a collaborative practice environment and partner with peers across the Corus network.

What You Bring:

  • Qualifications: Certified Specialist in Orthodontics.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
  • Leadership Ability: Ability to lead a high-functioning team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to work both strategically and tactically.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
