Orthodontic Specialist

The Associate Orthodontist is a key member of our practice leadership team, responsible for driving practice performance, leading a high-performing team, and enhancing the patient experience in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Treatment Leadership - Develop and implement effective treatment plans, delivering exceptional patient care and results for over 2,000 active patients.
- Value Generation - Educate patients on the value of orthodontic treatment, converting potential patients into active treatment.
- Leadership and Motivation - Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Community Engagement - Participate in community events, such as volunteer engagements, speaking opportunities, and networking with the local dental community.
- Continuous Improvement - Contribute to the enhancement and refinement of systems and processes, ensuring the highest level of patient care and practice efficiency.
- Collaboration and Partnership - Foster a collaborative practice environment, partnering with peers across the Corus network to achieve shared goals.
- Certified Specialist in Orthodontics - Possess the necessary qualifications and expertise in orthodontics.
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills - Demonstrate strong relationships-building abilities and effective communication skills.
- Leadership and Team Management - Proven ability to lead a high-functioning team in a fast-paced environment.
