At Sangam Sweets & Curry Express Inc., we are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Director to lead our food service operations team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
About the JobThe successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 2 years of experience in the field. They will be responsible for managing our daily operations, including cost control, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure maximum profitability.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective stock management practices.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
