Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Assign sales workers to duties, ensure sales targets are met, and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
- Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, establish work schedules, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained, resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
