Childminding Leader - Part-time Position

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children and staff

Organize daily routines for the children's center (main room/infant room)

Supervise, play with, and care for children from 6 weeks to 7 years of age

Foster positive relationships with parents through regular communication and feedback

Develop and implement developmentally appropriate activities promoting children's well-being

Encourage positive self-image and behavior in children

Maintain daily operations of the center, including cleanliness and disinfection

Requirements

Experience in childcare settings, such as preschools, daycares, or childminding

Knowledge of child development and early learning principles

Ability to work with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, including feeding, changing, and handling

3 years of experience in a similar setting, with certifications in childcare first aid and E.C.E. an asset
