Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Breton Family Foods. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet our high standards.
- Supervise and train bakery staff to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with our sales and merchandising team to promote our baked goods and drive sales.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Excellent baking and decorating skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Fast-paced environment with frequent lifting and carrying of heavy objects.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
