Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Breton Family Foods. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Supervise and assist bakery personnel to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Inspect and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate bakery equipment and machinery, including mixers, ovens, and decorating tools.
- Organize and manage inventory, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are stocked and available as needed.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to achieve production targets and meet customer demands.
- 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
