Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Breton Family Foods. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following recipes and special customer orders.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet established quality standards.
- Supervise and assist bakery personnel and kitchen staff as needed.
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods in our retail store.
- 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
