About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our local sales team in driving growth and success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, improve customer relationships, and increase revenue.
  • Team Management: Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence decision-makers and drive results-oriented behavior.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Bonuses: Eligible for performance-based bonuses, up to 20% of annual salary.
