Aspire Bakeries is a leading North American baking company with a strong presence in the specialty frozen baked goods market. Our innovative food portfolio includes a wide range of products such as breads, artisan breads, buns, cookies, donuts, muffins, and pastries from well-known brands like La Brea Bakery, Otis Spunkmeyer, and Oakrun Farm Bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all packaging materials are properly prepared for production.
  • Verify that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure that ink and codes are ready for production.
  • Communicate any quality or performance issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate closely with the Machine Operator and other crew members to achieve production goals.
  • Adhere to all applicable job procedures outlined in the SOP manual.
  • Follow GMPs, food safety practices, and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Completed Grade 12 education or equivalent with basic math skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain accuracy in a production environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Excellent attendance and work habits.
  • Experience with GMP and safety awareness.
