About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Technician to provide mechanical support to all departments within our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment, as well as performing preventative maintenance to prevent premature breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mechanical support to all departments within the facility
  • Perform preventative maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns
  • Ensure a safe work environment through effective maintenance of equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues in the production process to minimize downtime
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a productive team environment and continuous improvement of plant processes
  • Report any concerns or issues to supervisor through daily written and verbal reporting

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate of Qualifications, Ontario Industrial Mechanic Millwright
  • Valid license or proof of license from any province or country
