Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our team at Impact Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for servicing an existing book of business, mainly homeowners, and providing excellent customer service with insurance products and policies.

About the Role

  • Assist customers with their insurance needs via phone, email, and in-person
  • Write new insurance policies from referrals, walk-ins, or internal leads
  • Complete policy reviews and renewals
  • Follow up on letters and invoices, manage binder and policy documents
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Level 1 license in Manitoba, Level 2 is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines sales and service experience at a brokerage
  • Experience in providing customer service in various situations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge in EPIC
  • Working hours Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, no weekend shifts
