About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sleep Country. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Ensure our stores are visually appealing and well-maintained, with a focus on product presentation and store housekeeping.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, with a strong customer focus.
  • A positive and optimistic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve independently.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
