Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an Overnight Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the sales floor is prepared for store opening and that merchandise is accurately stocked and labeled.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Opening Preparation
    • Prepare the sales floor for store opening by setting, merchandising, and signing features.
    • Conduct a thorough inspection of the sales floor to ensure it is safe and clean.
  • Merchandise Management
    • Unload trailers and pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
    • Assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide excellent customer service when necessary.
    • Label merchandise in the backroom bins and stock shelves to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales floor goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Age - 18 or older
