Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promoting our quality products and services.
  • Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation and store housekeeping.
  • Follow up with customers through clienteling and correspondence to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintain the visual integrity of the space, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Create and process in-store sales, efficiently processing orders via tablet or point of sale.
  • Process and receive inventory replenishments, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Assist with setting up and executing community programs and events, promoting our brand and products.
  • Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams, driving continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to exceed sales goals and expectations.
  • Represent the Sleep Country, Endy, and Casper Canada brands with best-in-class customer experience, providing expert product knowledge and advice.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail, and/or Customer Service (asset, not mandatory).
  • Understanding and appreciation of experiential retail.
  • Positive, optimistic attitude and strong customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for people.
  • Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
  • Eager to be at the forefront of fast-paced and growing brands.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to tackle problems independently.
  • Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems (both).
  • Zendesk or other help desk system knowledge (asset).
  • Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems (asset).
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial disposition.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
