About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at TEK-PRO IT SOLUTION INC. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our information systems meet the business requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering

Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and understand their needs.

Technical Documentation

Document technical requirements to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet the business requirements of our clients.

Business Solution Design

Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

IT Strategy and Advice

Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to our clients.

Security Risk Assessment

Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the security of our clients' information systems.

Contingency Planning

Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.

Quality Assurance

Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet the required standards.

Conflict Resolution

Resolve conflict situations that may arise during the implementation of information systems business solutions.

Testing and Quality Control

Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.

Client Support

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that their information systems meet their business requirements.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
