About the Role

Donna Cona Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a trusted advisor, you will lead consulting and implementation services within our Global Corporate Technology portfolio, focusing on Human Resources and SuccessFactors Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor supporting business functions as our client evolves their technical footprint on their transformational journey to cloud and SaaS models.
  • Lead consulting and implementation services within the Global Corporate Technology portfolio, with a focus on Human Resources and specifically SuccessFactors Solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external technical partners to investigate and research problems and provide solutions.
  • Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration and/or requesting technical development that meet overall business requirements.
  • Provide technical support for the SuccessFactors system maintenance and enhancements, including integration to other systems.
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as implementation of Releases and upgrades.
Requirements
  • University degree, or certification in computer science.
  • BSA/Functional IT Consultant within HR.
  • Minimum of five (5) years providing consulting on large-scale ERP technical/SaaS implementations (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors).
  • Demonstrated experience working within SDLC/Agile: analysis, design, configuration, prototyping, testing deployment with cloud and on-premises applications.
  • Experience working with demanding business areas, managing relationships, and setting expectations.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate remotely.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology would be an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure, working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling priorities.
