Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator

VON Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Client Service Team as a Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assigning client visits to nurses and home support workers, processing client referrals and updates, and responding to phone inquiries from clients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Assign client visits to nurses and home support workers using knowledge of local geography, client needs, and continuity of care
- Process client referrals and updates, and respond to phone inquiries from clients and healthcare providers
- Work closely with team members and management to ensure daily staffing levels are sufficient and quality client care is met
- Support clients, nurses, and home support workers to ensure delivery of quality care
