About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $83,887 - $104,833 per year, depending on experience. We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent leadership skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years recent Med-Surgical Nursing experience
  • Recent acute and chronic Hemodialysis and/or nephrology nursing experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of case management is an asset
