Job Title: Executive Chef

At Sarpa Trattoria Inc, we are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
* Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, staff supervision, and equipment maintenance
* Ensure the highest quality of food is served to our customers, adhering to health and safety standards
* Train and develop staff to improve their culinary skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Work Environment:

* Restaurant setting
* 35-40 hours per week
* Public transportation available
