Job Description

Infinite Outsourcing Solutions Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events with precision and attention to detail.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences in a timely manner.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize efficiency.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and electronic inquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and make reservations for team members.
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems for easy access.
Requirements:
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
