Job Requirements

We're seeking a skilled pipes tradesperson with experience in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, pipefitting, and HVAC, with a minimum of five years of practical working experience in the industry. You'll be responsible for installing and retrofitting mechanical equipment, working with advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4th year or Journeyperson status in plumbing, pipefitting, or HVAC.
  • Experience in Prime retrofit Mechanical projects.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boilers, and steam.
  • Pass criminal record checks for secure sites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to oversee the installation of a project.
  • Experience in installing and retrofitting mechanical equipment.
