We're seeking a skilled pipes tradesperson to join our team and work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets and a strong background in plumbing, pipefitting, and/or mechanical equipment service/construction.

Requirements

  • Plumbing/Gasfitter, Pipefitter, HVAC strong 4th year or Journeyperson status.
  • Experience in Prime retrofit Mechanical projects.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boilers, and steam operational & service knowledge.
  • Pass criminal record checks for secure sites.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to oversee the installation of a project.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of light commercial /commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience in construction and service projects.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the mechanical systems.
  • Plumbing/pipefitting Certifications.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
