- Prepare and Cook Meals: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, including banquets and special functions.
- Consult with Clients: Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions to understand their needs and preferences.
- Plan Menus: Plan menus and ensure that food meets quality standards, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Train Staff: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Cuisine Specialties: Develop and maintain expertise in international cuisine, including menu planning and food preparation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Catering firm.

- Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
