At Denny's Fort St John, we are seeking an experienced Head Chef Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate special events and occasions
- Determine food portion sizes and costs to ensure profitability
- Plan menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
- Requisition supplies and ingredients to maintain high standards
- Prepare and cook meals to exacting standards
- Inspect kitchens regularly to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Train staff on new recipes, cooking techniques, and kitchen procedures
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and maximum efficiency
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Clean work areas to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision
- Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong client focus to provide exceptional service
- Dependability and reliability in maintaining schedules and commitments
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues, management, and clients

We offer a competitive salary of $$$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
