Job Description:

The Analyst/Senior Analyst, Market Analytics and Insights role is responsible for providing actionable insights to senior leadership through deep analysis of internal data and business jet market trends. This involves authoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on global economic updates, industry performance, and other key metrics.

You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Business Development, Aftermarket Service, Defense, Finance, Customer Service, and others, to ensure alignment on strategy. Additionally, you will create new dashboards and maintain existing ones to provide relevant insights to Senior Leadership and other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into internal data and business jet market trends to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Author weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports on global economic updates, industry performance, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on strategy.
  • Create new dashboards and maintain existing ones to provide relevant insights to Senior Leadership and other teams.
  • Analyze the impact of global macroeconomic and geopolitical context on the industry.
  • Responsible for the creation of various models to predict industry trends, forecasts, movement in the market for used aircraft, and others.
  • Support with the execution of marketing research projects and production of annual external market forecast.
  • Support key company functions through ad hoc requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or Business, combined with 3+ years of relevant working experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or Business, combined with 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Rigorous analytical skills, persistence, innovation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Solid statistical analysis and economic modeling skills with a creative flair.
  • Proven storytelling ability with excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Strong business knowledge as it pertains to the aerospace industry.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, statistical software (R, Alteryx), and data visualization tools (PowerBI).
  • Expertise in using MS Office suite.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).

Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Location:
