We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Digital Payments Projects to lead the execution and implementation of new and enhanced payment technologies across the Central America & Caribbean Region in International Banking.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement payment-related strategies to simplify and improve the payment customer experience.
- Lead projects as Business owner and/or product lead from start to finish, including new payments initiatives, enhancements or regulatory projects for the CCA region, achieving budget and timeline goals.
- Collaborate with senior management and CCA executive team to develop short- and long-term strategies.
- Drive collaboration across the payment channels to improve the customer experience and reduce complexity.
- Work with strategic third-party partners to optimize expenses associated with platforms and drive down direct expenses while maintaining quality and innovation.
- 3-5 years of experience with Payment's ecosystems (Credit and Debit Cards) business products.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in project management.
- Project Management Certification is an asset.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to convey ideas, concerns and opinions across differing levels of management.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, results-driven with attention to detail.
- Highly organized individual with a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results.
