Job Title: Senior Director, Digital Payments

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Digital Payments team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our digital payments strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital payments strategy, aligned with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and operations, to deliver innovative digital payments solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to inform our digital payments strategy.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital payments, product management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital payments initiatives, with a strong focus on customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business issues.
