Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Fatburger. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Determine the size of food portions and costs, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Kitchen Operations: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, and manage kitchen operations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
- Persons with Disabilities: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Newcomers and Refugees: Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Youth: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
- Veterans: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Visible Minorities: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
