Job Title: Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Fatburger. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Determine the size of food portions and costs, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by preparing and serving food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
