Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Mosaic Seniors Care Society.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for surgery, and transporting patients in wheelchairs or stretchers.
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
