About the Job



We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at IHUB HEALTHCARE SERVICES CORP.



As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.



You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, performing light housekeeping duties, and assisting with meal preparation and serving. Additionally, you may be required to transport patients to and from appointments and engage in various recreational activities with them.



To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities




  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
