Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Stuffy Riders. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales staff, and management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales staff to achieve their best.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
