Administrative Associate

As a highly skilled Administrative Associate at ScotiaMcLeod, you will play a vital role in contributing to the overall success of our Wealth Advisors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high level of client service is achieved by effective administration and day-to-day trading of their business.
About the RoleIn this dynamic position, you will:
- Manage all administrative processes and escalations requiring investigation, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Demonstrate exceptional client service skills by supporting advisors in regular reviews of portfolios, including entering client trades as directed and identifying client needs.
- Provide marketing assistance by coordinating materials, events, and seminars to increase opportunities for asset growth and revenue expansion.
- Support business growth by managing tracking reports for Wealth Advisors to review targets, recommendations, and financial plans.
- Build effective working relationships across departments and business lines by actively collaborating and sharing knowledge and experience.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in the securities industry.
- Duly registered as an Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional client service skills.
