Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Advisor to join our team at beBee Professionals. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and support on a variety of commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on commercial matters, including contract negotiation and drafting, corporate governance, and intellectual property law.
- Assist with corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, and advise on legal risks associated with such transactions.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support the organization's business objectives.
Requirements:
- JD degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the province of Ontario.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment, with a focus on commercial law.
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and intellectual property law.
