Job Description: As a key member of our Subway team, the Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they meet their responsibilities and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Food Preparation: Collaborate with the team to prepare and portion food, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and ensure that food meets quality control standards.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Client Focus: Foster excellent oral communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a client-focused approach.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
