Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Papa Johns Pizza. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Establish work schedules

Work Environment: This role will be based in a fast-paced food service environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Criminal record check
  • Basic security clearance
